Apex FLO · Official notice
Terms of Use
Version 2.1 · Effective 23 August 2026
Important: participation may involve financial loss. Income and withdrawal timing are not guaranteed. The operator's legal identity, registered address, jurisdiction, and grievance contact must be inserted before public financial launch.
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legally binding agreement between you and Apex FLO for access to the Platform. By ticking “I accept” and creating an account you confirm that you have read these Terms and the Privacy Policy, that you are at least 18, and that the information you provide is accurate.
1. Agreement and eligibility
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any feature-specific notices shown in the app, govern your use of Apex FLO. You must be an adult capable of entering a binding contract, provide accurate registration data, and comply with the laws that apply to you. One natural person may hold one account. Do not create accounts for another person or use false identities.
2. The service — no investment promise
Apex FLO is an operator-configured membership and network-rewards platform, not a bank, savings account, employment relationship, or guaranteed investment product. Features may include wallet balances, deposits, packages or balance-based qualification, referral and level income, ROI-style programme entries, ranks, pools, rewards, and withdrawal requests. Availability and rules vary by project configuration.
Nothing on the Platform is investment, tax, legal, or financial advice, an offer of securities, a collective investment scheme, or a promise of profit, liquidity, capital protection, or withdrawal timing. Dashboard figures are programme records, not cash in a regulated bank account and not a forecast of what you will receive.
Do not join, deposit, purchase, or recruit based on money you cannot afford to lose. You must not make misleading earnings, lifestyle, crypto, regulatory, or recruitment claims to others.
3. Risk and earnings disclosure
Participation is high risk. You may receive no income, may fail to qualify for a reward, may experience long processing delays, and may lose some or all value committed to the programme. Past, displayed, estimated, or maximum results are not typical results and do not predict future outcomes.
Income depends on the live programme rules, your eligibility, verified activity, team activity where applicable, available programme funds, compliance review, technical availability, and other factors outside your control. Hard work, recruitment, a wallet balance, a package, or a displayed rate does not guarantee income.
Where the operator does not publish reliable evidence of typical participant net results (including participants who earned nothing and participant expenses), you must assume that no level of earnings is typical or promised.
4. Your account and vault key
You must keep your password, vault key, devices, and wallet credentials confidential. The vault key is shown once at registration and is required to reset your password. We cannot reconstruct it for you. Notify Support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
We may restrict, freeze, or close an account where there is a credible security, KYC, fraud, duplicate-ID, or legal concern, subject to applicable law. Restriction is not an admission of wrongdoing and may be lifted after review.
5. Programme rules, income, and capping
Activation, wallet qualification, package rules, ROI-style entries, referral income, level income, ranks, rewards, pools, caps, eligibility, schedules, and claim windows follow the live project configuration and verified ledger events. Not every feature is enabled in every project.
The operator may prospectively change, pause, or discontinue programme rules for legal, security, sustainability, or operational reasons. Where reasonably possible, material changes will be notified before they apply. The operator may correct duplicate, fraudulent, reversed, technically erroneous, or miscalculated entries after keeping an audit record. A configuration change does not permit arbitrary confiscation of a valid, finally approved withdrawal entitlement where applicable law requires payment.
Manipulation, self-referral, duplicate accounts, circular funding, false payment evidence, coordinated abuse, or exploitation of calculation errors may cancel affected entries and lead to account restriction.
6. Deposits, wallets, and withdrawals
Deposits and withdrawals are processed only through methods enabled by the operator. A dashboard wallet is an internal programme ledger unless the relevant screen expressly states otherwise. It is not a bank deposit and may include pending, locked, promotional, non-withdrawable, or conditionally eligible amounts.
A withdrawal request is not approved merely because it was submitted or displayed as pending. The operator may review identity, ownership, source of funds, sanctions, fraud signals, duplicate accounts, eligibility, turnover or programme conditions, destination accuracy, available liquidity, fees, minimums, tax or legal restrictions, and ledger errors before approval.
A request may be delayed, reduced, returned for correction, or rejected only for a disclosed programme condition, failed verification, suspected abuse, legal or compliance restriction, insufficient eligible balance or liquidity, incorrect destination details, technical or third-party failure, or a documented ledger error. The operator should record the reason and provide it through the Platform or Support where lawful and operationally possible. These Terms do not authorise theft, fraud, or arbitrary retention of funds and do not remove rights that applicable law says cannot be waived.
Blockchain transfers are irreversible once broadcast. You are responsible for confirming the network, token, address, memo or tag, and wallet compatibility. Network, processor, conversion, and withdrawal fees may reduce the amount received.
7. Operator administration and service decisions
The operator administers project configuration, feature availability, verification, ledger reconciliation, claims, withdrawal queues, security controls, and support decisions. Administrative approval means a request must satisfy the published rules and review checks; it does not mean decisions may be made dishonestly or without regard to applicable law.
The operator may temporarily pause deposits, claims, income execution, transfers, or withdrawals during maintenance, an incident, a liquidity event, a legal review, or a third-party outage. A pause may last while the underlying condition reasonably continues. If a service is permanently discontinued, treatment of eligible balances will follow applicable law, the final reconciliation, and any operator wind-down notice.
8. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Create duplicate accounts, impersonate others, or let anyone else operate your login.
- Spam recruitment, scrape member data, or use unauthorised bots or automation.
- Upload unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.
- Interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security, or probe other members’ accounts.
- Make claims that Apex FLO guarantees returns, liquidity, or regulatory status it does not have.
- Share screenshots of your vault key, password, or balances with anyone you do not trust to operate your account.
9. Intellectual property
The Apex FLO name, marks, interface, and software are owned by the operator or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the app for your own account. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or resell the Platform.
10. Availability and third parties
We aim for high uptime but do not warrant uninterrupted access. Maintenance, force majeure, banking partners, chain congestion, or third-party outages can delay balances, deposits, or withdrawals. We are not liable for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, lost profits, or data loss. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.
12. Changes, suspension, and termination
We may update these Terms, features, or fees. Continued use after the revised effective date is acceptance. You may close your account through Support. We may terminate access for breach, inactivity, or legal requirement. Ledger records needed for compliance may be retained after closure as described in the Privacy Policy.
13. Complaints and governing law
If you believe a deposit, calculation, restriction, or withdrawal decision is wrong, contact Support promptly with your member ID, transaction reference, date, amount, and supporting evidence. The operator should investigate against ledger and audit records and communicate the outcome. Nothing prevents you from contacting a regulator, court, or law-enforcement body where you have that right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator’s place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer rights and non-waivable remedies in your country of residence remain unaffected. The legal entity, registered address, jurisdiction, grievance contact, and dispute forum must be inserted before a public financial launch; this document does not invent them.
14. Your acknowledgements
By registering and accepting these Terms, you confirm that:
- You are an adult, have read both documents, understand the programme is admin-operated and high risk, and are acting voluntarily.
- No income, profit, capital return, liquidity, withdrawal approval, or processing date has been guaranteed to you.
- You can afford the risk of losing all value committed and have made your own legal, tax, and financial assessment.
- You will rely only on current written programme rules and verified notices, not promises made by a sponsor, recruiter, chat group, influencer, or other member.
- You remain responsible for account security, correct wallet and bank details, taxes, and compliance with laws applicable to you.
- Your acceptance does not waive rights or operator duties that applicable law does not allow either party to exclude.
